Are You Gluten Intolerant?

Why give up gluten to have a healthier life: individual who are allergic to wheat products, individuals who are gluten intolerance, and individuals who have been diagnosed with celiac disease.

  • Butter. Naturally gluten free if there are no additives 
  • Milk. Naturally gluten free if there are no additives.
  • Cream. Naturally gluten free if there are no additives.  
  • Buttermilk. Naturally gluten free if there are no additives. 
  • Eggs and Egg Substitutes gluten free. 
  • Half & Half.  Naturally gluten free without additives. 
  • Hummus is a protein that is naturally gluten free. 
  • Coffee drinks and mixes. coffee by itself is a naturally gluten free product. 
  • Apple Cider Naturally gluten free food.
  • Baking Soda and Powder. Naturally gluten free. 
  • Coconut. Naturally gluten free food. 
  • Cornmeal. Naturally gluten free. 
  • Flax Meal. Naturally gluten free product. 
  • Honey. Naturally gluten free unless cross contaminated. 
  • Milk. Naturally gluten free food. 
  • Beans. Beans are naturally gluten free foods. 
  • Broth. look for GF labels. 
  • Fresh  Fruit.  All fruits are naturally gluten free. 
  • Seafood. Natural seafood has no gluten.
